Autopromotec among the protagonists of the Fratelli Cozzi Museum exhibition

26/11/2025
Autopromotec's commitment to achieving gender equality continues with its participation in and promotion of the 4th edition of the Fratelli Cozzi Museum photography exhibition, which was inaugurated on 25 November 2025.

Elisabetta Cozzi, founder and curator of the museum, together with the mastery of photographer Camilla Albertini, created the artistic project “Women and engines? Just joy”, a roadshow exhibition whose photographs portray women from the automotive world posing alongside the marvellous Alfa Romeo cars that make up the museum's collection.

The project aims to normalise and promote the presence of women in the sector, involving professionals who hold managerial and leadership roles within companies in the sector, challenging the stereotypes that arise from the association of women with motors.

The 4th edition - which sees Autopromotec among the protagonists and promoters in the figures of Sofia Veronesi, Scuola Nazionale Federpneus Educational Activities Coordinator, and Guido Gambassi, Secretary General of AIRP and Federpneus - supports UN Women's #heforshe campaign, focusing on the importance of involving men in order to bring about truly profound, deep-rooted and lasting change in the area of women's empowerment.

This collaboration is not only a source of pride for Autopromotec, but also a valuable opportunity to continue providing concrete support for achieving gender equality and creating an inclusive environment in our sector and beyond.

The activities promoting women's empowerment do not stop there; the first edition of #SheCanDoIt Bologna Edition, a format created by Elena Spelta (on social media @lagommaviola), which teaches female drivers how to become more confident with their cars and how to take care of them, is already scheduled for 26 November.
