Cleaning FAP filter, catalytic converter, intercooler and Egr heat exchanger in less than 60 minutes

The
cleaning process with the Oxyhtech DPF cleaner machine is carried out in three
key phases:
1. Initial
Measurement: The pressure difference, the air flow of the DPF is evaluated to
determine its level of obstruction. This data is recorded in an initial report.
2.
Cleaning: The filter is left to soak in a specially formulated detergent for at
least 1h, The machine injects pressurized water and air to remove soot, ash,
and oil residue.
3. Final
Measurement and Report: The initial measurements are repeated to compare
results. The system generates a detailed report with the values before and
after cleaning, ensuring that the filter has recovered its optimal
functionality
