Registration for Autopromotec 2027 is now officially open!
The application form to register for the 31st edition of Autopromotec, scheduled to take place from 26 to 29 May 2027 at the Bologna Exhibition Centre, is now available online.
With over 60 years of history (making it the oldest event of its kind in the world), Autopromotec is preparing for its 31st edition, confirming its status as the most specialised international event.
Equipment, spare parts, car washes, tyres, accessories, right up to the most sophisticated software and ICT solutions: Autopromotec's 646 product categories cover all sub-sectors of the aftermarket!The horizontal completeness of the offering and the strong vertical specialisation make each Autopromotec pavilion a “fair within the fair”.
How to register
2025 Exhibitors
Those who exhibited at the previous edition of Autopromotec, i.e. in 2025, simply need to log in to their Exhibitor Restricted Area.
They will then receive an email containing all the details on how to set up digital signature procedures using a TOTP code, along with instructions on how to complete the application form correctly.

New exhibitors or participants in editions prior to 2025
New applicants or those who participated in editions prior to 2025 – and who therefore do not have access to the new Restricted Area – will need to follow a slightly different procedure.
- Activate your Exhibitor RestrictedArea. To do so, click on the ‘Contact us’ button. You will receive the Master Agreement to sign, namely the document that initiates the process of opening your Exhibitor RestrictedArea
- Activate digital signature via TOTP code
- Complete the application form
